You’re provided with an online quote as soon as you provide your location, volume of goods to be stored (we can help with you your estimate), when you would your possessions picked up, and how long you would like it stored.
Once you book with us, we will send you a SMS link and arrange to take with you a video of your possessions via your smart phone or ipad; the video survey typically takes 10 minutes to complete. From there the GetStored team will create an inventory list and post that in your secure on-line portal for future reference. With that inventory created, we will also confirm or update the quote as needed to ensure you have the right amount of space at the best price.
When you book with us we take an initial deposit of $49 and this will be deducted from the costs of the pick to store and the first one month’s of rent which is due to be paid three working days prior to pick up.
On the scheduled date and time, we do the heavy lifting of picking up your possessions and transporting into storage. We do need you or a representative to be onsite to sign the final paperwork.
