What Do I Do If Something Is Broken Or I Have Another Problem? -

We want to take care of you as soon and as best as possible. Any claims or other issues are handled by are Customer Care Team. Storage is an extension of your home. We want to be worthy of the trust you have placed in us to store and protect your goods in every way possible.

Please contact our Customer Care Team at your earliest convenience if you need to cancel your booking. A nominal cancellation fee may apply.


Your billing is conducted directly into the Stripe platform via our website.

When you book with us we take an initial deposit of $49 and this will be deducted from the costs of the pick to store and the first one month’s of rent which is due to be paid three working days prior to pick up.

On all following months, you will be billed on the original date of pickup. That monthly charge will not change – unless you add or remove items.
